AND NOW, this 24th day of July 2015, upon consideration of Defendants' motion to dismiss, [ECF 12], Plaintiffs response thereto, [ECF 13], and the allegations contained in the amended complaint, [ECF 7], it is hereby ORDERED, for the reasons set forth in the Memorandum Opinion filed on this day, that the motion is GRANTED, in part, and DENIED, in part, as follows:
1) all claims against Bryant Academy are DISMISSED with prejudice; and
2) Defendants' motion to dismiss is DENIED in all other respects.
