AND NOW, this 30th day of June, 2015, after Plaintiff filed an action in the above-captioned case, and after a Report and Recommendation was filed by the United States Magistrate Judge recommending that the case be dismissed as to Defendants John Doe, Food Service Manager and John/Jane Doe, Corrections Healthcare Administrator for failure to prosecute and giving the parties until May, 26, 2015, to file written objections thereto, and no objections having been filed,  and upon independent review of the record, and upon consideration of the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation, which is adopted as the opinion of this Court,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Complaint filed in the above-captioned case with respect to Defendants John Doe, Food Service Manager and John/Jane Doe, Corrections Healthcare Administrator is dismissed for failure to prosecute.
