AND NOW, this 16th day of April, 2015, upon careful and independent consideration of Petitioner Tyrala Hill's pro se Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 2241, and after review of the Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge Elizabeth T.
