December 16, 2014
DONNA WELLS, Plaintiff,
CAROLYN W. COLVIN, Acting Commissioner of the Social Security Administration, Defendant.
CYNTHIA M. RUFE, District Judge.
AND NOW, this 15th day of December 2014, upon careful and independent consideration of Plaintiffs Brief and Statement oflssues [Doc. No. 11], Defendant's Response [Doc. No. 17] is APPROVED and ADOPTED, Plaintiffs request for remand is GRANTED, and this matter is REMANDED to the Commissioner pursuant to the fourth sentence of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for further proceedings consistent with the Report and Recommendation.
The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to close this case.
It is so ORDERED.
