AND NOW, upon consideration of the Report and Recommendation of Chief United States Magistrate Judge Martin C. Carlson (Doc. 7), recommending that this matter be dismissed with prejudice for Plaintiff's failure to timely file an amended complaint and noting that Plaintiff has not filed objections and that there is no clear error on the record, [1] see Nara v. Frank, 488 F.3d 187, 194 (3d Cir. 2007) (explaining that "failing to timely object to [a report and recommendation] in a civil proceeding may result in forfeiture of de novo review at the district court level") and the Court finding Judge Carlson's analysis to be thorough, well-reasoned, and fully supported by the record IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The Report and Recommendation of Magistrate Judge Carlson (Doc. 7) is ADOPTED in its entirety.
2. This matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
3. The Clerk of Court is directed to CLOSE the file on this case.
