Superior Court of Pennsylvania

March 5, 2014

JEAN COULTER, Appellant
v.
BUTLER COUNTY CHILDREN AND YOUTH SERVICES, JOYCE G. AINSWORTH, CHARLES L. JOHNS, ROCHELLE GRAHAM, GARY D. ALEXANDER, ROSEANN PERRY, ELAINE BOBICK, MICHAEL KAZMER, MICHAEL NUZZO AND DENNIS MCCURDY, Appellees

NON-PRECEDENTIAL DECISION

Appeal from the Order entered June 5, 2013, in the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, Civil Division, at No(s): 2013 CV 589 CV

BEFORE: DONOHUE, ALLEN, and MUNDY, JJ.

JUDGMENT ORDER

PER CURIAM

Jean Coulter ("Appellant") has filed yet another appeal. Instantly, Appellant appeals from the trial court's June 5, 2013 order granting Appellees' motions to dismiss Appellant's complaint as frivolous pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. 233.1. We adopt and incorporate for reference the trial court's June 5, 2013 Memorandum, and specifically recognize that Appellant continues to make "allegations that are the same or related to claims which [she] has raised [without success] in prior actions against the same or related defendants." Trial Court Memorandum, 6/5/13, at 2. Because Appellant's claims were previously and fully litigated (in both state and federal courts), we affirm the trial court's order and strike this appeal from the argument list.

Order affirmed. Case stricken from argument list. Jurisdiction relinquished.
