To the extent the Petition for Writ of Mandamus and/or Extraordinary relief requests extraordinary relief, it is DENIED. To the extent that the petition seeks to obtain substantive relief via a writ of mandamus, that request is DENIED. See Chanceford Aviation Properties, L.L.P. v. Chanceford Twp. Bd. of Supervisors, 923 A.2d 1099, 1108 (Pa. 2007) (mandamus "may not be used to direct the exercise of judgment or discretion in a particular way . . . .")
