IT IS ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED as to Plaintiff's remaining malicious prosecution (Count I) and selective prosecution (Count II) claims in the Third Amended Complaint.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall CLOSE this case.
