ORDER

AND NOW, this 4th day of October 2010, the Commonwealth's Motion for Order of Court Permitting Parties to File Reply and Sur-Reply is GRANTED, in part, and the Commonwealth is permitted to file a reply within 14 days of the date of this order. No extensions are to be granted. The reply is to be limited to 25 pages and the Commonwealth is directed to limit its response to matters raised by appellee that were not previously discussed by the Commonwealth. The Commonwealth's Motion for Order of Court Permitting Parties to File Reply and Sur-Reply is DENIED to the extent it requests this Court to permit appellee to file a sur-reply. The Commonwealth's Motion for Permission of Court to Present Oral Argument is GRANTED. The Prothonotary is directed to list the case for argument at the Court's session in Harrisburg, commencing November 30, 2010.
