MEMORANDUM ORDER

Before the Court is a report and recommendation ("R & R") from Magistrate Judge Malachy E. Mannion filed on April 8, 2010, to which no objections have been filed.*fn1 (Doc. No. 20.) The R & R advises that Defendant's motion for change of venue should be granted because Plaintiff does not reside in this district and no events giving rise to the action occurred in this district. (Id.)

AND NOW, this 11th day of May 2010, upon consideration of the foregoing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the report and recommendation (Doc. No. 20) is ADOPTED.

Defendant's motion for change of venue (Doc. No. 18) is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court is directed to transfer the action to the Western District of Louisiana.
