AND NOW, this 15th day of January, 2010, upon consideration of defendant's motion (Doc. 153) requesting reconsideration of the judgment in the above- captioned case pursuant to Rule 60(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure,*fn1 and it appearing that defendant claims that his sentence was improper because of fraud upon the court,*fn2 and that the court should set aside the judgment in the above-captioned case, and the court concluding that Rule 60(b)(6) does not entitle defendant to the relief he seeks, it is hereby ORDERED that the motion (Doc. 153) is DENIED.
