1. Plaintiff's motion to strike insufficient defenses (Docket No. 14) is DENIED.

2. Plaintiff's motion to dismiss defendant Statharos's counterclaims (Docket No. 17) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART:

a. Defendant Statharos's fraud counterclaim is DISMISSED.

b. Defendant Statharos's counterclaim for promissory estoppel is LIMITED as described in the accompanying opinion.
