AND NOW, this 21st day of January 21, 2009, Samuel Bailey, Jr., having been suspended from the practice of law in the District of Columbia for a period of nine months by Opinion and Order of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals dated September 15, 2005; the said Samuel Bailey, Jr., having been directed on August 6, 2008, to inform this Court of any claim he has that the imposition of the identical or comparable discipline in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor; and upon consideration of the responses filed, it is

ORDERED that Samuel Bailey, Jr., is suspended from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of nine months and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.
