ORDER

AND NOW, this 5th day of June, 2008, upon consideration of defendant's motion (Doc. 36) requesting a reduction of his sentence for his "incredibly 'lengthy and intense rehabilitative effort(s),'" and it appearing that the motion improperly refers to the retroactive two-level reduction for sentences based on crack cocaine convictions,*fn1 see 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2), and that defendant was not "sentenced to a term of imprisonment based on a sentencing range that has subsequently been lowered by the Sentencing Commission," see id.,*fn2 it is hereby ORDERED that the motion for sentence reduction (Doc. 36) is DENIED.*fn3
