ORDER

AND NOW, this 14th day of December, 2007, upon consideration of plaintiff's motion in limine (Doc. 204) to preclude defendants from offering evidence relating to plaintiff's stop of Deputy John S. Malecki,*fn1 and it appearing that defendants do not intend to present any evidence relating to this stop or the litigation filed against plaintiff as a result of the stop (see Doc. 220 at 2),*fn2 it is hereby ORDERED that the motion in limine (Doc. 204) is DENIED as moot without prejudice to plaintiff's right to object to any such evidence at trial.
