ORDER

AND NOW, this ___ day of January, 2004, upon consideration of Plaintiff's First Motion in Limine (Doc. No. 9), Defendant's Cross Motion Pursuant to Fed.R.Evid. 412(c) to Present Evidence at Trial of Plaintiffs Sexual Conduct (Doc. No. 13), and Defendant's First Motion in Limine (Doc. No. 20), and all papers filed in support thereof and opposition thereto, it is ORDERED that:

1. Plaintiff's Motion in Limine is DENIED;
2. Defendant's Cross Motion Pursuant to Fed.R.Evid. 412(c) is GRANTED;
3. Defendant's Motion in Limine is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Plaintiff may testify that she sought unemployment benefits, that Defendant opposed her application for benefits, and that Plaintiff ultimately was awarded benefits after a hearing before the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Board of Review. The Referee's Decision including the findings of fact as to both Plaintiff and Mr. Flick is excluded.
