After considering the contentions raised by appellant, to-wit, that the court erred: (1) in that there was insufficient evidence presented at trial for appellant to be convicted; (2) in that appellant did not have effective assistance of counsel; and (3) in allowing redirect examination of a government witness, it is

ADJUDGED AND ORDERED that the judgment of the district court be and is hereby affirmed.

This judgment order is entered without prejudice to appellant instituting a collateral proceeding under 28 U.S.C. ยง 2255 with respect to the claim of ineffective assistance of counsel.
