After considering the contentions raised by appellant, to-wit:

1) Whether the government presented sufficient evidence that appellant possessed "crack" cocaine with the intent to distribute it; and

2) Whether the sentence of 121 months' incarceration, imposed pursuant to the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, denied appellant due process of law; it is

ADJUDGED and ORDERED that the judgment of the district court be and is hereby AFFIRMED.
