1. that the district court abused its discretion when it denied the motion to withdraw the guilty plea prior to sentencing; and

2. that the district court erred in failing to comply with Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure and this Court's requirements as set forth in United States v. Hawthorne, 502 F.2d 1183 (3d Cir. 1974), it is

ADJUDGED AND ORDERED that the judgment of the district court be and is hereby affirmed.
