After considering the contentions raised by appellant, to wit,
The evidence was insufficient to establish the requisite specific intent to sustain the mail fraud convictions in this case;
The convictions for mail fraud must be reversed inasmuch as the evidence was insufficient, as a matter of law, to establish that appellant had defrauded his employer of the money paid to him as salary;
The evidence was insufficient to establish that appellant violated the Travel Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1952,
It is ADJUDGED AND ORDERED that the judgment of the district court be and is hereby affirmed.
