On Appeal from the United States District Court For the Eastern District of Pennsylvania; (Criminal Action No. 89-00125-03); District Judge: Honorable J. William Ditter, Jr.
Stapleton, Scirica, and Aldisert, Circuit Judges.
After consideration of the contentions raised by appellant, to-wit:
(1) whether the evidence was sufficient to convict appellant on the charge of conspiracy, and
(2) whether the district court erred in allowing the prosecutor's question to a police witness concerning the use of surveillance techniques in other cases,
IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the judgment of the district court dated November 20, 1990, be and is hereby affirmed.
