JUDGMENT ORDER

After considering the contentions raised by appellant, to wit, that:

1. The appellant was denied due process when the court denied his motion to depose witnesses for the prosecution and when the prosecutor withheld information favorable to appellant's case;

2. The court erred when it denied appellant's motion to sever the trial from other defendants; and

3. The court erred when it denied appellant's motion to dismiss for violation of the Speedy Trial Act, it is

ADJUDGED AND ORDERED that the judgment of the district court be and is hereby AFFIRMED.
