COMMONWEALTH
v.
RANDALL H. GREEN, APLT.

Author: Per Curiam

APPELLANT'S COUNSEL DIRECTED TO FILE, WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE OF THIS ORDER, A CONCISE SUPPLEMENT TO APLT.'S BRIEF ADDRESSING THE CONCERNS EXPRESSED BY OUR SUPREME COURT IN COMMONWEALTH V. TULADZIECKI.

JURISDICTION OF THE SUPERIOR COURT AND THIS PANEL IS RETAINED.

CIRILLO, P.J. FILES A DISSENTING STATEMENT.

CIRILLO, P.J., HOFFMAN & HESTER, JJ.

ING BY CIRILLO, P.J.

I respectfully disent. Appellant has failed to set forth in his brief a concise statement of the reasons relied upon for allowance of appeal. See Pa. R.A.P. 2116(b); 2119(f).

Furthermore, appellant has not filed a petition to supplement his brief. Pursuant to Commonwealth v. Tuladzeicki, Pa. , 522 A.2d 17 (1987), I would quash this appeal.
