Appeal from judgment of sentence entered May 21, 1986 in the Court of Common Pleas of Huntingdon County, Criminal Division, No. 86-2-CA.

Beck, Kelly and Hoffman, JJ.

Per Curiam:

Counsel for appellant is directed to either proceed with the appeal by filing an advocate's brief on the merits, or if counsel concludes that an appeal would be wholly frivolous, counsel may filed a petition to withdraw and an Anders brief in accordance with the requirements of the Anders procedures as they have been adopted in this Commonwealth. In either case, counsel shall comply with this order within thirty (30) days or risk sanctions. The Commonwealth shall have twenty (20) days thereafter to respond appropriately.

Jurisdiction of the Court is retained. Jurisdiction of the panel is relinquished with direction to the Prothonotary to assign the case to another panel.
