Appeal from the Judgment of Sentence of the Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Philadelphia County, No. 81-21-2881-2886.
Argument in this appeal is continued generally. Counsel for appellant is ordered to file within 30 days an advocate's brief, or a petition to withdraw and withdrawal brief which satisfies the requirements of Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1976); Commonwealth v. Greer, 455 Pa. 106, 314 A.2d 513 (1974); and Commonwealth v. McClendon, 495 Pa. 467, 434 A.2d 1185 (1981). The Prothonotary of the Superior Court is directed to re-list the case at such time as an advocate's brief or a new Anders brief is filed by counsel.
Jurisdiction of this Court is retained. Jurisdiction of this panel is relinquished.
