AND NOW, to-wit, this 24 th day of February, 1987, the above-captioned matter is remanded to the trial court for the purpose of forwarding to this Court record evidence regarding the fact that a hearing was scheduled pursuant to our remand order dated September 6, 1985 but not held "on the very narrow issue of trial counsel's effectiveness with regard to rebuttal, surrebuttal, and closing." Slip Opinion at 3. See Commonwealth v. Katz, Pa. Super. , , 464 A.2d 1343, 1347 ("The trial court's opinion is not considered part of the record.")

Jurisdiction is retained.
