Per Curiam:

Order affirmed in part; case remanded in part. Jurisdiction retained. See order attached.

Order

AND NOW, to wit, this 5th day of February, 1987, it is ORDERED that appellant present evidence to the trial court to substantiate the allegations of juror misconduct so that the court can determine the effect, if any, of the misconduct on the integrity of the verdict. Specifically, appellant must obtain of record testimony from the two jurors involved in the misconduct. The method of obtaining such testimony is to be determined by the trial court.

The provisions of this order are to be implemented within thirty days. All costs incurred in complying with this order are to be borne by appellant.
