UPON CONSIDERATION of the application of counsel for the applicant,

IT IS SO ORDERED that the order of the Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas, case No. 69,210, entered on October 20, 1986, staying mandate is continued pending the timely filing of a petition for a writ of certiorari in the above-entitled case. In the event the petition for a writ of certiorari is so timely filed, this order is to remain in effect pending this Court's action on the petition for a writ of certiorari. Should the petition for writ of certiorari be denied, this order is to terminate automatically. In the event the petition for a writ of certiorari is granted, this order shall continue in effect pending the issuance of the mandate of this Court.
