Per Curiam:

The Order granting summary judgment in favor of the appellees is AFFIRMED as to the appellant's claims for constructive wrongful discharge, negligent infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy, and intentional interference with contractual relations as to appellee-Butcher International.

The Order granting summary judgment in favor of the appellees is REVERSED as to the appellant's claims for breach of contract, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and intentional interference with contractual relations as to appellee-Butcher.

The case is remanded. Jurisdiction is relinquished.
