Per Curiam:

The appeal of the lower court's order, at No. 1067 Philadelphia 1985, that granted partial summary judgment in favor of Dr. Silk and against Regina Freeman is quashed as interlocutory. The lower court's other order appealed at No. 1067, granting summary judgment in favor of Dr. Silk and against Shantise Freeman, is affirmed.

Appeal No. 1068 Philadelphia 1985 is quashed as interlocutory.

The lower court's order in Appeal No. 1069 Philadelphia 1985 is affirmed.

Disposition

Jurisdiction is relinquished.
