Appeal from the Judgment of Sentence of July 30, 1985 in the Court of Common Pleas of Indiana County, Criminal Division, No. 254 Criminal 1984

Accordingly, judgment of sentence is vacated. This case is remanded for an evidentiary hearing on appellant White's claim of ineffective assistance of counsel. The court shall conduct a hearing and shall issue any order it deems appropriate. If the court concludes that White's allegations of ineffectiveness are meritless, it shall impose sentence as mandated by section 9712. Appellant White may take an appeal from that judgment of sentence.
Judgment of sentence vacated and case remanded for further proceedings consistent with this memorandum. Jurisdiction relinquished.
