JUDGMENT ORDER:

The portion of the trial court's order which sustained preliminary objections in the nature of a demurrer to Counts I and II of the Complaint is reversed, and said counts of the complaint are remanded to the trial court for proceedings consistent with the decision of the Supreme Court in Amadio v. Levin, Pa. , A.2d (J. 15/85; filed December 4, 1985).
