Appeal from the Judgment of Sentence of the Court of Common Pleas, Erie County, Criminal Division, at No. 610 of 1982.

Before: Brosky, Wieand and Lederer,*fn* JJ.

Per Curiam.

The judgment of sentence is vacated, and the proceedings are remanded to the trial court with instructions to appoint new counsel to represent appellant in presenting his claims that trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance. If counsel is found to have rendered effective assistance. If counsel is found to have rendered effective assistance, the sentence may be reimposed. If counsel is found to have been ineffective, the trial court shall grant appropriate relief. Jurisdiction relinquished.
