Appeal from the Judgment of Sentence of August 24, 1984 in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Criminal, No. 84-2-1655.

Before: Spaeth, P.j., McEWEN and Beck, JJ.

Per Curiam:

The request to withdraw filed by counsel for appellant is denied without prejudice. Counsel for appellant is directed within sixty days to either: (1) file an advocate's brief; or (2) file a request to withdraw accompanied by both a brief which complies with McClendon and proof that appellant has been notified of his right to either (a) retain new counsel, or (b) appeal in propria persona. Jurisdiction of this Court is retained.

Disposition
