JUDGMENT ORDER

After consideration of all contentions raised by appellant, to wit, that (1) the district court erred in denying defendant's motion for judgment of acquittal on the basis that there was insufficient evidence that he was a party of the charged conspiracy; (2) the district court committed prejudicial error in denying defendant's counsel the privilege of arguing the meaning of the statutory language to the jury; (3) the verdict was against the evidence; (4) the verdict was against the weight of the evidence; and (5) the verdict was against the law in that a Pennsylvania automobile title certificate containing a false mileage statement is not "falsely made" for the purposes of 18 U.S.C. ยง 2314, it is

ADJUDGED AND ORDERED that the judgment of the district court be and is hereby affirmed.
