Appeal from the Judgment of Sentence in the Court of Common Pleas of Lycoming County, Criminal No. 82, 10, 442.

Panel Case Before: Spaeth, P.j., Olszewski and Cercone, JJ.

Per Curiam:

The judgment of sentence is vacated and the case is remanded so that appellant may file post-verdict motions, nunc pro tunc. If the trial court determines that such motions have no merit, it shall reinstate the judgment of sentence. Otherwise it shall grant appellant a new trial. Jurisdiction is relinquished.
