Per Curiam:

The petition for withdrawal filed by counsel for appellant is denied without prejudice. Counsel for appellant is directed within sixty days to either: (1) file an advocate's brief or (2) file a request to withdraw accompanied by both a brief which complies with McClendon, supra, as well as by proof that appellant has been notified of his right either (a) to retain new counsel, or (b) to appeal in propria persona.

Jurisdiction of this Court is retained.
