Before Brosky, Rowley and Johnson, JJ.

Per Curiam:

Judgment of Sentence is vacated and the record is remanded for appointment of new counsel to represent appellant in further post-trial proceedings in connection with his claim of ineffective trial counsel. If trial counsel is determined to have been ineffective, the court shall grant a new trial. If trial counsel is determined to have been constitutionally effective, sentence should be reimposed.

Jurisdiction is relinquished.
