Judgment of sentence on criminal information CC7707109A is affirmed. With respect to criminal information CC7706060A, appellant is hereby afforded thirty days from the date of this order within which to file an appellate brief in compliance with the PCHA court order of February 12, 1982. The Commonwealth is afforded thirty days from the date of our receipt of appellant's brief within which to file a reply brief. Appellant's failure to file a brief on information CC7706060A within the specified thirty-day period shall constitute a waiver of the right to appeal the judgment of sentence on said information. Jurisdiction over CC7706060A is retained by this panel of the Superior Court. The record for CC7706060A will be available for the parties' inspection in the Prothonotary's Office of the Superior Court, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
