MEMORANDUM:

Appellant claims in the instant appeal that the trial court erred in dismissing his PCHA petition on grounds that the Appellant knowingly waived his appellate rights following the imposition of sentence. We have thorougly reviewed the record and find that the trial court correctly and adequately disposed of the issue in its opinion. Accordingly, the order dismissing Appellant's PCHA petition is affirmed.

Order affirmed.
