ON APPEAL FROM THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF NEW JERSEY
Before: GIBBONS, MARIS & GARTH, Circuit Judges
Lloyd A. R. Muhammad appeals from an order dismissing his complaint, filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, for money damages and injunctive relief, against a public defender who represented him in a prosecution for murder, the county prosecutors, and several police officers. We find no error. See Polk County v. Dodson, 50 U.S.L.W. 4077 (Dec. 14, 1981); Allen v. McCurry, 101 S. Ct. 411 (1980); Preiser v. Rodriguez, 411 U.S. 475 (1973); N.J.S.A. 2A:14-2.
It is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the judgment of the district court is affirmed. Costs are taxed in favor of appellees.
