ALLEN L. FEINGOLD v. PROVIDENT NATIONAL BANK (11/06/81)

SUPERIOR COURT OF PENNSYLVANIA

November 6, 1981

ALLEN L. FEINGOLD, INDIVIDUALLY AND A. L. FEINGOLD ASSOCIATES, APPELLANTS
v.
PROVIDENT NATIONAL BANK

No. 528 Philadelphia, 1980, Appeal from the Order of the Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division of Philadelphia County, at No. 5679 July Term 1978.

Before Cercone, P.j., Wickersham and Brosky, JJ.

MEMORANDUM OPINION:

Appellants challenge an order of the lower court denying their motion for sanctions and imposing attorney's fees which appellee incurred in answering the motion. In Hall v. Lee, Pa. Superior Ct. , 428 A.2d 178 (1981), we held a similar order to be interlocutory and non-appealable. Accordingly, this appeal must be quashed. Appellants may, however, raise their present allegations of error on any appeal which they may properly take from a final order in this case.

Appeal quashed.
