AND NOW, this 29th day of August 1978, the Rule to Show Cause why the plaintiff (petitioners) should not be permitted to discontinue the complaint at No. 397 December Term 1963 is made absolute, and the Prothonotary is directed to mark the suit discontinued upon praecipe and payment of costs. Leave is granted the plaintiffs (petitioners) to proceed in the suit on the equity side at No. 4 March Term 1966.
