Before JOHNSON, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of delivery of a controlled substance and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 490, April T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, March T., 1974, No. 1649A.
