Indictments charging defendant with rape, simple assault, theft, conspiracy, aggravated assault and robbery. Before PORTER, J. Verdict of guilty of aggravated assault and robbery. Order entered granting motion in arrest of judgment on charge of aggravated assault and judgment of sentence entered on conviction of robbery. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1333, Oct.
