Before EISEMAN, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of violation of the Uniform Firearms Act and aggravated assault and battery and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1694, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1975, Nos. 1798 and 1799.
