ELMORE, APPELLANT.
Indictment charging defendant with burglary, theft, receiving stolen property, aggravated assault and conspiracy. Before BODLEY, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 156, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, No. 1595 of 1974.
