Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle with a defaced serial number, unlawful possession of a dangerous drug with intent to deliver, possession of a dangerous drug and carrying a firearm without a license. Before HEIMBACH, P.J. Verdict of guilty of operating a motor vehicle with a defaced serial number, possession of a dangerous drug and carrying a firearm without a license and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 276, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Carbon County, June T., 1974, Nos. 8 and 11.
