Indictments charging defendant with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture and deliver a controlled substance and corrupting the morals of a minor. Before MORGAN, J. Appeal, No. 39, March T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, Nos. 2137 and 2138 of 1973.
