Indictments charging defendant with burglary, aggravated robbery, playfully and wantonly pointing a firearm, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, unlawfully carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a firearm on a public street or on public property and receiving stolen goods. Before ROSENWALD, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1248, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1972, Nos. 250 and 251.
